a) Information you provide
The Site currently has no online form. When you contact us by email, telephone or social media, you may provide us with: your name, email address, phone number and any information contained in your message (for example, regarding the purchase of a work, an exhibition or a collaboration request).
b) Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site (hosted on the Wix platform) may automatically collect certain technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, date and time of visit, referring site and cookies. This data is mainly generated by the hosting infrastructure and audience-measurement tools.

6.Retention period
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

8.Transfers outside Québec, Canada and the EU
Some of our providers are located outside Québec, notably in the United States and the European Union. These transfers are carried out on the basis of your informed consent and, where required, framed by recognized protection mechanisms (GDPR standard contractual clauses, EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework). In accordance with Law 25, a privacy impact assessment is conducted before any transfer of personal information outside Québec.
9.Your rights (Law 25 and GDPR)
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may exercise the following rights:

10.California residents' rights (CCPA/CPRA)

12.Analytics tools and social media
The Site is hosted on Wix and may rely on Wix Analytics and Google Search Console for audience measurement and search indexing. Links to Facebook (/frsfaucher) and Instagram (@vibrationnisme) redirect to platforms operated by Meta, governed by their own privacy policies.
13.Security and incident notification
We implement reasonable measures (TLS encryption, secure hosting, restricted access) to protect your information. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) and the individuals concerned, in accordance with Law 25, and the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours in accordance with the GDPR.
14.Minors
The Site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from minors under 14 (Québec) or 16 (EU) without the consent of the holder of parental authority. If you believe such information has been provided to us, please notify us so that we may delete it.
15.Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with its update date. We invite you to review it periodically.
